Construction
The system is defined by its robust construction, utilizing a full aluminum expansion joint cover profile with component options for the cover plate including Aluminum or Stainless Steel 304/316. This heavy-duty system is specifically engineered with components heavier in thickness and size than most market systems, which significantly extends the performance and life span of the joint. The support frames are made from extruded aluminum , often using the AA 6063 grade. The system also incorporates a Steel Spring and can optionally include an EPDM or TPV Vapor Barrier.
Noise Dampening Feature
A unique and critical feature of this system is its integrated damper system, which is specifically designed to prevent the cover from making noise.
