Introducing the OF-1700

The PROSEAL OS Series OF-1700 is an offset watertight floor expansion joint cover for differential slab conditions requiring full water-tightness. The offset aluminum profile bridges stepped floor elevations while an integrated membrane maintains a continuous watertight seal, protecting the structure below. Specified for hospital corridors, wet plant rooms, and retrofit car park decks where slab levels are uneven.
