Introducing the OF-4000

The PROFLOOR OS Series OF-4000 is an offset centre-bar seismic floor expansion joint cover designed for differential slab conditions u2014 where the floor levels on either side of the joint don't align. The offset aluminum profile bridges the elevation change, while the extruded centre bar accommodates thermal, seismic, and settlement movement. Specified for retrofit projects, phased construction, and situations where structural slabs meet at stepped elevations.
