Introducing the DS31102
The PROFLANGE WCP Series DS3-1102 is a wall and ceiling expansion joint cover engineered for drywall and plasterboard finishes. The aluminum flanges are sized to bed neatly into standard plasterboard assemblies, delivering a flush, paintable finish with no visible anchors. Specified for offices, healthcare facilities, and residential interiors where drywall integration and clean aesthetics are required.

Aesthetic Choice
The DS3-1102 is made for interior walls and ceilings with drywall finishes. Its extruded aluminum frames are slightly recessed to accept the drywall finish, leaving only a minimal bump on the surface, and the grooved rubber insert locks into the side frames with rigid edges for a clean sightline.
Optional Vapor Barrier
For added protection, an optional vapor barrier is available, constructed from either EPDM or TPV, which offers high tensile and tear resistance, ensuring long-term performance against moisture penetration
Noise Reduction
