Introducing the DS-1002
The PROGASKET WCR Series DS-1002 is a recessed modular wall and ceiling expansion joint cover for interior areas with small joints where a minimal sightline is preferred. Extruded aluminum support profiles retain an elastomeric rubber insert, grooved for slightly higher movement or smooth for a hygienic, easy-to-clean seal. The profiles can be capped in stainless steel or brass, or fully faced with stainless steel plate, to match the adjacent finishes.

Aesthetic Choice
The DS-1002 keeps a minimal sightline in interior walls and ceilings. To match adjacent finishes, the aluminum support profiles can be capped in stainless steel or brass, or the entire visible surface can be covered with stainless steel plates. The rubber insert is available in a grooved or smooth finish.
Optional Vapor Barrier
For added protection, an optional vapor barrier is available, constructed from either EPDM or TPV, which offers high tensile and tear resistance, ensuring long-term performance against moisture penetration
