Introducing the Z-7100A
The LUXPARK Series Z-7100A is a heavy-duty centre bar seismic floor expansion joint cover for wide joints under extra heavy loads. Recessed aluminum frames carry an aluminum or stainless steel cover plate on steel turn bars; the plate stays flush during thermal movement and slides over the finish during seismic movement. Optional PTFE tape lets it move with low friction, and water and fire barriers are available.

Aesthetic Choice

Optional Vapor Barrier
For added protection, an optional vapor barrier is available, constructed from either EPDM or TPV, which offers high tensile and tear resistance, ensuring long-term performance against moisture penetration
