Introducing the WTZ5200
movement
the wtz5200 takes up thermal and structural movement (the movement for each size is in the profile specifications below) while the cover stays seated on both sides of the joint.
integral punctureless water barrier
the cross-section shows the continuous punctureless epdm/tpv water barrier beneath the pan and rubber seal, connected to the adjacent waterproofing membrane.
load bearing
the wtz5200 under traffic, rated for heavy pedestrian and light vehicular traffic. the load capacity of each size is in the profile specifications below.
seamless finished installation
floor finish sits inside the recessed pan with a slim rubber seal line - a watertight seismic joint that blends into hospitality, retail and commercial floors.
Aesthetic Choice
The recessed centre pan takes the surrounding floor finish, so only slim aluminum lines stay visible, shown here in marble, porcelain tile and polished concrete.
