Introducing the WTZ4100
movement
the wtz4100 takes up thermal and structural movement (the movement for each size is in the profile specifications below) while the cover stays seated on both sides of the joint.
integral punctureless water barrier
the cross-section shows the punctureless epdm/tpv water barrier integrated beneath the centre-bar assembly, connecting to the adjacent waterproofing membrane to eliminate every water entry point.
load bearing
the wtz4100 under traffic, rated vehicular. the load capacity of each size is in the profile specifications below.
seamless finished installation
the centre-bar cover plate sits flush with the finished floor, exposed in aluminum or stainless steel, carrying heavy pedestrian and medium vehicular traffic across any gap size.

The WTZ4100 cover plate stays flush with the finished floor and is available in aluminum or stainless steel, shown here in concrete pavers, porcelain tile and polished concrete.
