Introducing the D1100
The PROFLANGE WCS is an aluminum + rubber expansion joint cover profile. The elastomeric rubber insert comes in four standard colors with a smooth finish that eliminates dirt, dust and water accumulation - assuring a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. The extruded aluminum frames are designed to provide a minimal bump in surface mounted applications.

Recommended Applications
Interior wall and ceiling areas with small joint gaps, drywall applications, and areas of installation directly to the wall substrate. Suitable for thermal and settlement movement. Rubber insert hardness 60-70 Shore A (ASTM D 2240) with optional EPDM/TPV vapor barrier.
Aesthetic Choice
The D1100 sits almost flush with the wall, so it blends into marble, fair-faced concrete or painted plaster. The insert comes in four standard colors, held between extruded aluminum frames that give a clean edge on both sides.
Extruded Aluminum Support Frames
Extruded aluminum surface-mount support frames are fixed directly to the wall or ceiling substrate, with a minimal bump on the surface.
Replaceable Rubber Insert
The elastomeric rubber insert absorbs the expansion and contraction of the adjacent slabs. It comes in four standard colors with a smooth, easy-to-clean finish and is easily replaced.
System Drawing
The D1100 expansion joint cover is drawn for 30, 50 and 80 mm joint widths in wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-ceiling and wall-to-ceiling conditions, all with a 15 mm surface projection. Each size can be downloaded as a DWG and PDF.
